In 2006-2007, Engr. Sanchez significantly contributed to the HVAC design of the world’s tallest building – the internationally renowned BURJ DUBAI TOWER PROJECT which will also host the first and only luxurious Georgio Armani Hotel in the world. As the official HVAC engineer, he was the signatory of the HVAC construction drawings for this expensive project.

After an intensive screening by a team of international consultants, he was selected and served in official capacity as the HVAC DESIGN MANAGER for the DUBAI BURJ DEVELOPMENT project under HITACHI-VOLTAS-ESTA JV Company ( the MEP Design–build company under Samsung as the general contractor). Thus, he was mainly responsible in leading the Design Team and managing a large pool of multi-racial HVAC engineers and draftsmen to produce detailed designs, which were very much crucial for this massive and technologically challenging engineering project. |
