MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS

8.0 over Version 7.1:
USER-CONFIGURED DESIGN
PARAMETERS. The default
is British Standard Design but you can change this to any other Design
System. However you may use other standards as the Defaults. You can
easily revert back to BS Design at any time quickly. How you can change
design parameters in ScaffPro:
You can set ScaffPro to
load automatically say for BS Light duty scaffolds at 2.4 meters
distances between standards, or at 2.0 meters for heavy duty. But you
can also set it to auto calculate at Non-BS standard of 5 meters
distance between standards
SUMMARY LISTS BASED ON
SIZES. This list
sums-up material requirements. It is used for to truck loading and for
preparation instructions for material loading and hauling. Previous
versions of ScaffPro was limited to identifying Scaffold parts only and
quantities only.

"vertical tubes", etc.

Use you own Tube Diameter
instead of the Standard BS 2 inch tube.
Use your own Board
Thickness used instead of the Standard BS 37 mm board.
Determine the required Tube
overhang aside from the Standard BS requirements of 150 mm.
Set the minimum Ladder extension
requirements as the default different from the 1.07 m requirements for
BS Standards.
Ability to used tube sizes
for handrails as the same as ledger and transom sizes, etc.
